Anthony and Julie are joined by friend-of-the-podcast R. Alan Siler for this season’s side-step into the realms of audio. This time around, we have chosen to do something a little different – rather than focus on an original audio story, we discuss Return of the Cybermen, which is based on an earlier script for Revenge, and was released as part of Big Finish’s Lost Stories range.

 

Along the way, Julie rages at some of the casting choices, Anthony struggles with Stevenson’s accent, and Alan has strong feelings about the glitter gun, comparing it to a glam rock stage prop! As you would expect, all three discuss the pros-and-cons of recasting much beloved characters such as Sarah Jane Smith and Harry Sullivan.
